職位描述（Job Description）

1.?Provide?day?to?day?coordination?with?Suppliers?for?all?packaging?SOP’s?and?compliance?requirements?for?PacD?programs.?
2.?Understand?Suppliers?and?Factories’?needs,?provide?training?and?technical?support?and?to?manage?the?day?to?day?compliance?against?packaging?requirements?established?for?the?program.?
3.?Review?and?approve?all?TPS?system?requests?from?Suppliers?and?Factories?as?well?as?maintain?monthly?and?quarterly?reports?in?support?of?our?SLAs?and?KPIs.?
4.?Assist?in?the?coordination?between?Suppliers/Factories?and?Shenzhen?packaging?team?for?technical?support,?testing?and?corrective?action.?
5.?Constantly?communicate?requirements?and?participate?in?evaluations?and?drive?TPS?system?communication,?updates?and?reporting?requirements.
Job?Qualifications：
1.?Four-year?degree?from?accredited?University?with?some?management?experience.
2.?3-5?years?industry?experience?with?involvement?in?operations?or?customer?services?in?material?supply,?logistics,?or?supply??????????chain?services?–?packaging?experience.
3.?Excellent?written?and?oral?communications?in?Mandarin?and?English.
4.?Experience?with?Materials,?QA?and/or?Logistics.
5.?Experience?with?Materials,?QA?and/or?Logistics.
