崗位職責(zé)：
1．負(fù)責(zé)軟件實(shí)施項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、部署和文檔編寫(xiě)；
2.?理解項(xiàng)目管理，理解軟件需求，評(píng)估需求工作量；
3.?溝通項(xiàng)目需求、方案、設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)及實(shí)施細(xì)節(jié)；
4.?解決客戶和團(tuán)隊(duì)遇到的產(chǎn)品、環(huán)境、技術(shù)問(wèn)題；
5.?積累和分享業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)、產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
6．確?？蛻魸M意度，維持與客戶的良好關(guān)系；
7.?公司安排的其他工作。
崗位要求：
1. 計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 具有PMP或其他相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理證書(shū)；
2.?熟悉企業(yè)級(jí)軟件系統(tǒng)及解決方案的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)施，具有架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3.?精通J2EE編程技術(shù)，了解Spring,?Hibernate,?Struts,?MyBatis/iBatis等；
4.?了解SqlServer?、MySql、Oralce等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的操作、部署、開(kāi)發(fā)；
5.?熟悉Windows、UNIX和/或Linux的操作，具有這些平臺(tái)的腳本編程能力者優(yōu)先；
6.?善于與人溝通，具有客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和客戶溝通經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
7.?具有良好的文檔編寫(xiě)能力；
8.?能夠英文閱讀，具有英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力者優(yōu)先；
9.?良好的職業(yè)道德、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和敬業(yè)精神。

Qualifications:
