Job?responsibilities:1.?Provide?general?secretarial?services?to?general?manager?of?the?company;2.?Make?conference/meeting?arrangements?for?internal?and?external?clients;3.?Coordinate?and?manage?partner's?diaries?including?internal?and?external?client?meetings,?establish?manageable?timeframes,determine?purpose?of?meetings?and?coordinate?following?actions;4.?Coordinate?travel?needs?including?itinerary?for?domestic?and?international?travel;5.?Process?billing,?WIP,?reimbursement?matters?etc;6.?Phone?management:?manage?caller?expectations?regarding?return?call?timeframes,?take?accurate?and?detailed?messages,?ensure?anawareness?of?availability?and?movement?of?team?to?enable?forwarding?of?client?enquiry?to?appropriate?team?members;7.?Supervise?the?driver?support?services,?including?coordination?of?vehicle?issues.Requirements:1.?At?least?college?graduate?education;2.?Two?years’?secretarial?experience,?preferably?gained?from?multinational?companies;3.?Good?communication?and?English?skills?(speaking,?listening,?writing,?and?reading);4.?High?level?of?responsibility,?ie,?being?careful?in?carrying?out?the?responsibilities,?keeping?stakeholders?updated?on?the?assignmentprogress,?able?to?meet?deadline,?willing?to?work?overtime?when?required;5.?Learning?oriented.?Able?to?learn?about?and?follow?Firm’s?practice.?Able?to?learn?from?own?mistakes;6.?Good?interpersonal?and?practical?problem?solving?skills;?and7.?Microsoft?Office?skills,?including?Word,?Excel?and?PowerPoint.
