任職資格Requirement：
1.?本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)；?Bachelor?degree?in?Mechanical?Engineering?or?related?field；
2.?5年以上機(jī)械產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量或技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Over?5?years?of?work?experience?of?quality?engineer?and?technical?engineer?in?mechanical?field.
3.?能迅速排解相關(guān)問題的能力；?Capable?to?solve?the?problems?quickly；
4.?良好的英文溝通能力，至少CET-4，CET-6優(yōu)先；?Able?to?communicate?in?English.?Minimum?level?CET-4,?Level?CET-6?is?preferred；
5.?良好的溝通及人際交往技巧；?Good?communication?and?interpersonal?skill；?
6.?能夠適應(yīng)出差。?Willing?to?travel?extensively?as?required.
7.?擁有如下之一經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮：模具設(shè)計(jì)；注塑、壓鑄、沖壓、機(jī)加工生產(chǎn)主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)或工藝主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)。The?following?work?experience?will?be?preferred:?mold?design,?production?engineering?or?supervisor?in?Injection,?die-casting,?stamping,?machining.
崗位職責(zé)Responsibility：
1.?貫徹執(zhí)行公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度及所有管理規(guī)定；?Carry?out?all?the?regulations?and?rules?of?company；
2.制定完善供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理制度、辦法和規(guī)程。?依據(jù)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理制度和規(guī)程對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行管理。Set?up?supplier?quality?management?system,?methods?and?procedure?at?the?quality?manager's?coaching.?Manage?supplier?with?supplier?quality?management?system?and?procedure。
3.審核客戶圖紙，與客戶與供應(yīng)商溝通技術(shù)問題。?Review?customer?drawing,?and?communicate?the?technical?issues?with?customer?and?supplier.
4.創(chuàng)建檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及質(zhì)量計(jì)劃。Establish?the?Inspection?Criteria?and?quality?plan.
5.?按計(jì)劃嚴(yán)格按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)并保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。Do?inspection?as?standard?strictly?and?ensure?the?product?quality?as?plan.
6.?及時(shí)，有效地處理供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量投訴問題；?Handling?the?quality?problem?from?supplier?promptly；
7.?供應(yīng)商的體系審核及生產(chǎn)流程審核工作；?Supplier?quality?system?Audit?and?production?process?Audit?;
8.?負(fù)責(zé)提交月度供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量分析報(bào)告；?Submit?monthly?supplier?quality?report；
9.?完成上級(jí)主管交辦的其他事宜；?Complete?other?tasks?assigned?by?superior；
