工作內容：
1.能獨立處理全套的船務文件?（如：?發(fā)票、?裝箱單、?保險和中國海關清關）?；
2.與內部各方、?供貨商、?貨代、?客戶和運輸公司聯(lián)絡安排準時發(fā)貨；
3.與貨代商討報價,?運費及條款
4.負責處理信用證,?核對及檢查
5.準備船務文件及銀行文件以符合信用證和/或銷售或購買合同的要求?；
6.計劃,?協(xié)調和預約內部和客戶驗貨排程
7.有實際?香港貿易通?的操作經驗?；
8.維護良好的船務文件檔案記錄?；
9.?執(zhí)行特設的工作分配或項目?；
10.?協(xié)助經理檢討部門運作/物流程式
11.制定分析和報表
12.審查合同和協(xié)議，以便與內部和外部的各方進行談判
任職要求：
1.?大專畢業(yè)或以上；英語四級或以上
3.?最少?3?年船務?/?物流經驗,?其中?2?年主管經驗?；
4.?成熟、?上進心強、?獨立、?良好的組織、?注重細節(jié)、?努力工作、?負責，愿意學習，合作和有團隊精神?；
5.?良好的解決問題能力，溝通和人際關系技巧?；
6.?精通?MS?Office?(Word、?Excel?和?Outlook）?；
7.?熟悉?ERP?系統(tǒng)?；
8.?必需有處理信用證及準備信用證文件之經驗
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·?????????Handle?full?set?of?shipping?documents?independently?(e.g.:?Invoices,?Packing?lists,?Insurance?&?China?customs?clearance);
·?????????Liaise?with?internal?parties,?vendors,?forwarders,?customers?and?transportation?companies?for?on-time?shipment;
·?????????Negotiate?with?forwarders?for?quotation,?freight?charge?and?terms
·?????????Responsible?in?the?L/C?processing?&?checking
·?????????Prepare?shipping?and?banking?documents?in?conformity?with?L/Cs?and/or?Sales?or?Purchase?Contracts;
·?????????Plan,?coordinate?&?arrange?internal?and?customer?inspection?schedule
·?????????Hand?on?experience?of?HK?Tradelink?Declaration;
·?????????Maintain?good?filing?record?of?shipping?documents;
·?????????Carry?out?ad?hoc?assignments?or?projects;
·?????????Assist?Manager?in?reviewing?the?operation?/?Logistic?procedures
·?????????Perform?analysis?and?reports?for?manager
