Job?duties:
1.?lead?the?safety?culture?and?conditions?for?a?safe?working?environment.?check?the?enforce?personal?hygiene?&?safety?procedure(e.g.?PPE,shoe?change&?hand?wash,LOTO,etc.)
2.?Ensure?that?finished?products?are?consistently?manufactured?according?to?standards?of?quality?and?relevant?manufacturing?instructions(compliance).?ENsure?that?the?working?areas?and?manufacturing?lines/equipment?are?kept?clean?and?maintained?in?working?order?to?ensure?long?term?performance?and?compliance?to?Nestle?Good?Manufacturing?Practices?(NGMP)?based?on?NCE/TPM?principles.
3.?fully?utilize?line?members?to?produce?good?quality?product?by?following?production?plan?to?ensure?supply.?Promote?TDC?reduction?mindset?among?line?members?to?reduce?cost.
4.?Manage?production?effectively?through?operational?reviews?(SHO,SOR,DOR)?and?use?Standard?Routines?(SDCA)?to?ensure?sustainable?resultes.?Use?of?basic?Problem?solving?tools?and?knowledge?sharing?(OPLs)?to?drive?continuous?improvements.
5.?Ensure?the?identified?development?plan?and?assure?the?competencies?of?his/her?team?as?per?the?agreed?plan?with?Production?Manager.
6.?Ensure?constant?dialogue?with?relevant?stakeholders?(line?teams,?production?manager,?Maintenances,?Unions,?Functional?representatives?on?the?line).
7.?Manage?planned?maintenance?activities?execution?and?maintenance?expenditure?in?respective?line?areas?to?achieve?line?high?performance/efficiency?at?lowest?cost?with?the?support?of?engineering.
