1.?Maintain?ISO14001,??ISO45001,?Energy?Management,?Safety?Standardization?System,?and?coordinate?all??the?functions?to?keep?these?systems?continually?improving;維護(hù)ISO14001，ISO45001，能源管理體系和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系，協(xié)調(diào)各相關(guān)部門(mén)保持系統(tǒng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)；
????2.?Plan?and?implement?internal?SHE?system??(SHE?functions?compliance)?audit?to?ensure?the?operation?compliance?with?the??company?and?China?government?legal?requirements;計(jì)劃實(shí)施雀巢內(nèi)部（雀巢SHE基礎(chǔ)合規(guī)性）審核以確保符合相關(guān)公司和中國(guó)法律法規(guī)要求；
????3.?Conduct?regular?area?inspection?to??discover?potential?SHE?risk,?report?to?management?and?follow?up?the?findings??till?effective?closure.定期對(duì)工作區(qū)域進(jìn)行檢查識(shí)別潛在SHE風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，報(bào)告并追蹤直至所有問(wèn)題有效解決；
????4.?Be?responsible?for?site?fire??protection?and?the?implementation?of?site?Emergency?response?plan.負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消防和工廠應(yīng)急反應(yīng)；
????5.?Work?with?government?or?relevant??agencies?to?conduct?monitoring?and?measurement?as?per?legal?or?corporate??requirements.和政府部門(mén)或相關(guān)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)按照法律/公司要求進(jìn)行定期SHE監(jiān)測(cè)；
????6.?Be?responsible?for?accident?reporting,??investigation?and?corrective?action;?Follow?up?the?corrective?and?preventive??actions?and?ensure?effective?closure.負(fù)責(zé)事故報(bào)告、調(diào)查和整改，追蹤整改措施和預(yù)防措施并確保有效解決；
????7.?In?charge?of?contractor?safety??management,?to?ensure?contractor?follow?company?SHE?requirements.負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商商安全管理，確保供應(yīng)商遵守公司SHE要求；
????8.?Be?responsible?for?machinery?safety.??Together?with?Engineering?department?to?ensure?machinery?safety?to?be??effectively?reviewed?and?monitored.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械安全。與工程部門(mén)密切合作確保機(jī)器安全達(dá)到要求；
????9.?Take?charge?of?High?Hazardous?Task??Management?(Permit?to?work,?eg.?Hot?work,?work?at?height?etc..)負(fù)責(zé)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作業(yè)管理，（作業(yè)許可，例如動(dòng)火作業(yè)，登高作業(yè)等）；
????10.?Together?with?other?departments?to??ensure?relevant?training?to?be?effectively?carried?out.?Provide?face?to?face??coaching?when?required.定期組織會(huì)議回顧SHE管理，溝通存在問(wèn)題，制定整改計(jì)劃，確保有效實(shí)施，關(guān)注持續(xù)改進(jìn)；
????11.?Participate?in?the?process?of?plant??construction,?equipment?installation?including?making?contracts?with?suppliers,??so?as?to?make?sure?those?projects?to?meet?SHE?requirements.?.和其他部門(mén)密切合作確保SHE相關(guān)培訓(xùn)有效實(shí)施，必要時(shí)提供面對(duì)面的輔導(dǎo)；
