??Job?Requirements：
??1.??????MSEE,?3+?years?or?BSEE,?5+?years,?with?direct?ASIC?project?lead/management?experience.
??2.??????Leadership?and?problem-solving?skill?required.?Ability?to?follow?through?open?issues.
??3.??????Strong?verbal,?written?communication?skills?and?presentation?skills?with?fluent?Mandarin?and?English?required.?Japanese?and?Korean?is?a?plus.
??4.??????Participating?in?production?flow?(including?package/test)?and?understand?ASIC?IC?design?flow,?able?to?coordinate?design?effort?among?different?function?teams.

工作內(nèi)容:
??項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理將負(fù)責(zé)管理項(xiàng)目從設(shè)計(jì)到生產(chǎn)的全過(guò)程，包括工作范圍控制，進(jìn)度控制，成本控制，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制，并跟進(jìn)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目里程碑的實(shí)現(xiàn)和問(wèn)題的解決，以確保項(xiàng)目的成功。同時(shí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理還將負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)客戶、供應(yīng)商和公司部門(mén)之間的工作。
工作職責(zé)：
??1.??????售前階段的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，售后階段的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制。
??2.??????管理公司內(nèi)外的各個(gè)跨職能部門(mén)，確保項(xiàng)目在預(yù)算內(nèi)按期完成。
??3.??????從問(wèn)題跟蹤、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、質(zhì)量、范圍、成本、進(jìn)度等多個(gè)方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行控制。
??4.??????確保在量產(chǎn)階段前按期交貨。
??5.??????與客戶/供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)。???
??崗位要求：
??1.??????3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的碩士畢業(yè)生或5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的本科畢業(yè)生，有直接ASIC項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人/管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
??2.??????需要有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和解決問(wèn)題的能力，有能力跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行中會(huì)出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題。
??3.??????具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言、書(shū)面溝通能力和演講能力，要求能說(shuō)流利的普通話和英語(yǔ)。掌握日語(yǔ)、韓語(yǔ)會(huì)是一個(gè)加分項(xiàng)。
??4.??????參與芯片生產(chǎn)流程（包括封裝/測(cè)試），了解ASIC?IC設(shè)計(jì)流程，能協(xié)調(diào)不同職能團(tuán)隊(duì)的設(shè)計(jì)工作。
