Responsibilities:

??Plans?and?drives?the?project?testing?approach?and?coverage;
??Creates,?updates?and?maintains?all?project?testing?documentation?such?as?test?plans,?test?cases?and?progression?status;
??Primary?point?of?contact?for?development?teams?and?customer;
??Completes?project?risk?analysis?and?defines?mitigation?actions?of?identified?risks;
??Leads,?coordinates,?supports?and?guides?the?test?team?through?the?development?test?cycle;
??Ensures?tasks?and?responsibilities?are?clearly?communicated?and?assigned?to?each?member?of?the?testing?team;
??Owns?the?project?bug?database?and?the?quality?of?the?bug?reports;
??Hands?on?time?playing?and?testing?the?games?to?understand?issues?in?context?and?provides?better?solutions;
??Promotes?test?within?development?and?actively?identifies?tasks?that?would?benefit?from?test?input;
??Involved?in?improvement?initiatives;
??Trains?new?testing?staff;
??Constantly?shares?his/her?knowledge?with?team?members;
??Conducts?review?process/performance?evaluation.

Requirements：
??Strong,?proven?experience?in?project?coordination?in?the?video?games?industry;
??Minimum?5?years'?experience?in?games?testing;
??In-depth?knowledge?of?test?process?and?the?development?lifecycle;
??Ability?to?create?detailed?test?plans;
??Minimum?2?years'?experience?in?assembling?testing?team?and?team?management;
??Ability?to?lead?and?motivate?sizeable?onsite?and/or?offsite?teams;
??Fluent?knowledge?of?English?(C1,?C2);
??Experience?in?building?client?partnership;
??Experience?interfacing?with?development?and?production?teams;
??Highly?developed?interpersonal,?negotiation?and?conflict?resolution?skills;
??Leadership?skills;
??Very?good?organizational?skills?and?agility;
??Extensive?knowledge?and?experience?using?bug?tracking?tools;
??Strong?game?playing?abilities?and?good?understanding?of?the?various?genres;
??Bachelor's?degree?as?a?plus.
