Responsibilities:
1.?Implementation?of?recruitment?activities,?including?campus?recruitment?supporting;
2.?Follow?and??maintain?recruitment?channels?effectively;
3.?Follow?the?employee?recruiting;
4.?Responsible?for?HR?reports,?such?as?headcount,?hiring,?turnover?rate?etc;
5.?Support?Kaizen?events?in?HR;
6.?Conduct?on-boarding?process?and?new?comer?interview?periodically;
7.?Improvement?solution?on?employee?turnover?rate;
8.?Support?internal?communication?meeting?with?cross?functional.
Qualifications:
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?above,?majored?in?Human?Resource?is?preferred;
2.?At?least?2?years?experience?in?the?international?manufacturing?industry;
3.?Good?communication?and?problem?solving?skills;
4.?Good?command?of?English?skills,?both?written?and?speaking;
5.?Good?accountability,?teamwork,?integrity.
