Responsibilities:1.Be?responsible?for?optimizing?process?flow?for?mature?products?and?process?stability?as?well?as?products?quality;2.Involved?in?NPI?process?during?mature?products?transfer?from?Sister?companies;?specific?responsible?for?the?work?related?technology?transfer,?tracing?and?technology?consultation?with?engineers?home?and?abroad;3.In?charge?of?technology?routine?define,?standardizing?work?instruction,?designing?and?preparing?fixture,?measure?process?time,?selecting?machine?model?and?carry?it?out,?define?production?layout?and?so?on;4.In?new?products?development?process,?Provide?assist?to?design?engineer?to?complete?design?and?manufacture?of?mass-produced?fixture,?select?new?style?machine?then?lead?it?in?before?patch?process,?train?related?people?about?product;5.Train?the?technician?to?test?key?model?and?equipment,?and?provide?support?to?them?when?they?run?into?maintenance?troubles.Qualifications:1.Major?in?mechanic/electric/automation/engineering;2.Prior?to?some?who?have?above?2?years?working?ex-perience?about?sensor,?line?pencil?processing,?or?op-tical?sensor;3.Basic?English?oral?skill;Good?capability?in?English?reading?and?writing;4.Know?the?idea,?technology?and?standard?of?quality?management;?be?good?at?organizing?project?meeting;?have?team?awareness?and?intense?responsibility;?5.Prior?to?some?who?are?skilled?in?Auto?CAD?or?PRO-e.崗位職責(zé)：1.負(fù)責(zé)優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品工藝制程，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及工藝制程穩(wěn)定；2.負(fù)責(zé)制定產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)，設(shè)計(jì)制作工裝夾具，測(cè)量工時(shí)，選擇及購(gòu)買(mǎi)機(jī)器設(shè)備，制定產(chǎn)品線布局等；3.新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中，協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)工程師設(shè)計(jì)并完善樣品及量產(chǎn)需要的工裝夾具，設(shè)備選型購(gòu)買(mǎi)并導(dǎo)入批量生產(chǎn)，培訓(xùn)相關(guān)人員產(chǎn)品知識(shí)；4.培訓(xùn)技術(shù)員相關(guān)產(chǎn)品及設(shè)備，對(duì)他們遇到的問(wèn)題提供相關(guān)支持。?任職資格：1.電子自動(dòng)化/機(jī)械專業(yè),?大專及以上學(xué)歷；2.良好的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力；3.?2年以上（光電）傳感器、絲印相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；4.良好的項(xiàng)目會(huì)議組織能力，良好的的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及責(zé)任感；5.熟練使用AutoCAD及Pro-E。
