明確出運指示,并傳達指導(dǎo)方針給操作和單證
？?Acting?as?A/C?owner?for?VIP?customers
承擔(dān)重要客戶的管理責(zé)任
？?Team?member?training?&?performance?monitoring
團隊成員的培訓(xùn)&績效檢查
？?Timely?problem?and?trouble?case?solving?and?necessary?escalation?for?any?irregular?cases
非正常事件的及時解決以及必要時需及時上報管理層
？?Monitor?all?the?team?member?reply?the?e-mail?correctly?and?timely?before?duty-off?of?each?day.
監(jiān)督管理組內(nèi)成員工作當(dāng)天的郵件即時正確的回復(fù)
