制定所負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作目標(biāo)及優(yōu)先順序，通過績效考核流程管理并確保團(tuán)隊(duì)成員共同完成銷售任務(wù)。
4.Establish?good?relationship?with?key?accountants?by?academic?promotion.
建立與終端客戶的良好合作關(guān)系，管理代理商的績效以完成公司的銷售任務(wù)
5.Organize?marketing?activities?in?the?region?and?build?brand?image.
在所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)組織各項(xiàng)市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)，并建立良好的品牌形象
6.Manage?OPEX?in?line?with?Sales?Performance.

QUALIFICATIONS?任職資格
1.EDUCATION?教育程度
Bachelor's?degree?or?above?in?medical?or?business?administration
醫(yī)學(xué)或工商管理專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
2.EXPERIENCE?工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At?least?5?years'?experience?in?relevant?industry?and?function,?such?as?sales?and?marketing?in?Medical?device.
五年以上醫(yī)療器械銷售及市場(chǎng)等相關(guān)行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience?in?director?management?is?preferred.
具有直銷管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
Top?sales.
具有較強(qiáng)的銷售能力。
