1) 按照計劃進行一級保養(yǎng)和二級保養(yǎng)?Execute?the?maintenance?Level?2,?and?supervise?the?Level?1
2) 生產(chǎn)線巡查，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)操作者對設(shè)備的不良操作，制止并反饋到設(shè)備工程師?Check?and?find?the?wrong?equipment?operation?of?operator?on?time,?and?feedback?to?Equipment?Engineer.
3) 進行或協(xié)助供應(yīng)商進行設(shè)備大修（三級維護）?Work?on?or?assist?the?contractor?to?implement?maintenance?Level?3
3. 設(shè)備維修及備件管理?Equipment?Maintenance?and?spare?parts?Management
1) 遵守維修程序，填寫維修記錄和備件使用記錄等?Follow?the?maintenance?procedure?and?all?attached?records
2) 協(xié)助供應(yīng)商進行設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試，進行操作和維護培訓(xùn)?Assist?the?contractor?to?install?the??equipments,?to?be?the?trainee?for?operation?and?maintenance
3) 協(xié)助設(shè)備工程師進行設(shè)備驗收?Assist?to?complete?the?acceptation?of?new?equipments
4) 協(xié)助GAP小組合理化建議中對設(shè)備的合理化改造?Assist?GAP?to?make?continuous?improvement?at?improvement?idea.
5) 協(xié)助編制一、二級維護指導(dǎo)書和設(shè)備安全操作指導(dǎo)書?Assist?the?supervisor?to?make?the?instructions?for?maintenance?level?1,?level?2?and?safety
6) 協(xié)助編制設(shè)備備件清單?Assist?the?supervisor?to?make?the?equipment?list
