Requirements:

-?Accustomed?to?Microsoft?Office?suit.
-?Must?be?creative,?resourceful,?and?able?to?work?under?deadlines.
-?Rigor?is?compulsory.
-?After?training?period,?the?employee?must?be?autonomous.
-?Must?be?able?to?multi-task,?establish?priorities,?communicate?well?with?team?member?and?manager.

-?Structural?Steel?background?is?a?plus.

-熟練運用微軟辦公軟件；
-富有創(chuàng)造性，思維靈活，能在規(guī)定時限內(nèi)完成工作任務；
-工作嚴謹，追求一絲不茍的工作精神；
-試用期過后必須能夠獨立自主完成工作任務；
-必須能同時肩負多項工作，并且能建立工作任務的先后緩急；與團隊成員及部門經(jīng)理和諧有效溝通；
-必須能夠獨立生成完整的技術(shù)圖紙包；
-鋼結(jié)構(gòu)知識背景優(yōu)先；
-有效、清晰、準確地溝通技術(shù)信息的能力；
-?致力于與時俱進的創(chuàng)新，研究，理論，技術(shù)，以及傾向于攀巖墻制造領域；
-能獨立工作，不需要過多的引導和監(jiān)督；
