崗位職責：
1、根據公司整體戰(zhàn)略要求，協(xié)助財務總監(jiān)建立核算體系，制定并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行經營預算、資金預算、資本預算、財務收支計劃；
2、分析并完善現有財務制度和流程，協(xié)助財務總監(jiān)建立內控體系、設定財務指標，監(jiān)管實施與運行；
3、協(xié)助財務總監(jiān)對公司的投資、收購、并購、融資、IPO、資產重組等經營活動提供建議和決策支持，參與風險評估、指導、跟蹤和控制，利用各種財務工具，確保公司最優(yōu)資本結構；
4、負責公司業(yè)務項目的成本預測、控制、核算、分析和考核，協(xié)助財務總監(jiān)對資金運用、現金流量、財務成本、盈利轉化與退出等進行專題分析，為公司的業(yè)務發(fā)展提供財務方面的分析和決策依據；
5、協(xié)助財務總監(jiān)完成公司財務信息化管理系統(tǒng)建設，負責公司財務信息化流程設定和方案設計，負責數據準備、數據驗證、數據轉移，系統(tǒng)切換工作；
6、加強財務監(jiān)管，認真履行財務收支審批手續(xù)和費用報銷制度，正確合理調度資金，保證日常合理開支需要的正常供給；
7、組織財務人員正確、及時、完整地處理賬務，辦理收支和銀行結算等業(yè)務；
8、負責制定并實施整體稅務籌劃策略，制定最優(yōu)稅務規(guī)劃；
9、負責編制及組織實施財務月、季、年度財務報告，負責公司財務報表、納稅申報、對外申報報表的審核、監(jiān)督；
10、與財政、稅務、銀行等相關政府部門建立并保持良好的關系。
任職要求：
1、財會、金融、經濟、管理等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷，有注冊會計師資格者優(yōu)先；
2、五年以上大中型企業(yè)財務管理工作經驗，有移動互聯(lián)網企業(yè)財務經驗者優(yōu)先；
3、熟悉國家金融政策、企業(yè)財務制度及流程，精通相關財稅法律法規(guī)，有完整IPO工作經驗者優(yōu)先；
4、較強的成本管理、風險控制和財務分析的能力；
5、熟悉財務信息化系統(tǒng)建設原理及工作流程，熟練操作財務管理軟件和Office辦公軟件；
6、具備良好的英文讀寫能力；
7、良好的組織、協(xié)調、溝通能力，和團隊協(xié)作精神，能承受較大工作壓力。
Responsibilities:

3、Provide?advice?and?decision?support?for?CFO?to?deal?with?investment,?merger?and?acquisition,?financing,?IPO?and?asset?reorganization.?Participate?in?risk
assessment,?guidance,?tracking?and?control.?Familiar?with?various?financial?tools?to?ensure?the?optimal?capital?structure;
4、Responsible?for?the?cost?forecasting,?control,?accounting,?analysis?and?assessment?of?the?company's?business?projects.?Assisting?the?CFO?to?conduct?specialized?analysis?of?application?of?funds,?cash?flow,?financial?costs,?profit?conversion?and?exit?etc.,?and?provide?financial?analysis?for?the?company's?decision?-?making?basis?and?development;
5、Assist?CFO?to?complete?the?construction?of?the?company's?financial?information?management?system.?Responsible?for?the?process?of?financial?information?system?setting?and?design.?Responsible?for?data?preparation,?data?validation,?data?transfer,?and?system?switching;
6、Strengthen?financial?supervision,?conscientiously?fulfill?the?financial?revenue?and?expenditure?approval?procedures?and?then?cost?reimbursement?system.?Conduct?right?and?reasonable?scheduling?of?funds?to?ensure?regular?supply?meet?daily?demand?of?the?reasonable?expenses;
7、Organize?financial?personnel?to?ensure?accounts?correct,?timely?and?complete.?Manage?income?&?expenditure?and?bank?clearings;
8、Responsible?for?the?development?and?implementation?of?the?overall?tax?planning?strategy?to?build?up?optimal?tax?planning;
9、Responsible?for?compiling?and?organizing?monthly,?quarterly?and?annual?financial?reports.?Responsible?for?company?financial?statements,?tax?declaration?and?supervision?&?auditing?of?external?financial?statement;
10、Interpersonal?relationship?build?up?and?maintenance?with?finance,?taxation,?bank?and?other?relevant?government?departments.
Requirements:
1、Majored?in?accounting,?finance,?economics,?management?and?other?related?degree?and?above?bachelor?degree.?CPA?qualification?is?preferred;
2、Minimum?5?years?financial?management?experience?in?large?or?medium?-?sized?enterprises.?Mobile?internet?industry?working?experience?is?preferred.
3、Familiar?with?the?national?financial?policy,?enterprise?financial?system?and?process.?Proficient?in?relevant?tax?laws?and?regulations.?Full?IPO?work?experience?is?preferred;
4、Strong?ability?of?cost?management,?risk?control?and?financial?analysis;
5、Familiar?with?the?financial?information?system?construction?principles?and?working?processes.?Skilled?operation?of?financial?management?software?and?Microsoft?Office?software;
6、English?reading?and?writing;
