2.?Make?cold?call?to?corresponding?candidates?to?find?out?their?intentions?to?Syneos'?positions?and?discuss?further?possibilities?or?arrangements.
3.?Communicate?with?recruiters?about?the?requisition?information?and?the?candidates'?career?status.
4.?Update?candidate?communication?tracker?to?give?support?to?Talent?Acquisition?activities.
5.?Assist?other?recruitment?events?as?required.
