?Job?Functions:
???Global?contracts?drafting,?evaluation,?negotiation?and?execution?for?multinational?customers?with?HQ?in?China
???Work?with?Finance?&?legal?departments?to?ensure?risk?management?related?to?legal?terms?in?projects?countries?as?well?as?adherence?to?financial?requirements,?such?as?revenue?recognition,?pricing?and?discounting?policies,?export?controls?etc.
???Ensure?that?signed?contracts?are?communicated?to?all?relevant?parties?to?provide?contract?visibility?and?awareness,?interpretation?to?support?implementation.

?Key?Responsibilities:
???Serve?as?the?point?of?contact?for?multinational?customers?with?HQ?in?China?on?contractual?matters.?Act?as?contractual?“middleman”?between?company?and?customers,?ensuring?timely?review?and?approval?/?reconciliation?of?variations.
???Maintain?contractual?records?and?documentation?such?as?receipt?and?control?of?all?contract?correspondence,?customer?contact?information?sheets,?contractual?changes,?status?reports?and?other?documents?for?all?projects.
???As?needed,?provide?guidance?on?contract?matters?to?project?managers?or?other?operational?staff,?including?training?to?new?project?managers?and?other?employees?in?contract?execution?process.
???Work?with?Finance?to?ensure?adherence?to?broader?finance?and?risk?requirements?such?as?revenue?recognition,?pricing?and?discounting?policies,,?export?controls?etc.?May?include?‘financial?engineering’?and?understanding?/?evaluating?economic?impact?of?terms?and?term?options.
???Collaborated?with?sales,?service?and?operation?team?to?ensure?company?products?and?services?are?offered?with?appropriate,?competitive?terms?and?conditions
???Monitor?competitive?terms.?Monitor?customer?satisfaction?with?our?terms?and?conditions?and?contracting?practices.?Recommend?changes.
???Handle?on-going?issue?and?change?management
???Ensure?contract?close-out,?extension?or?renewal.

?Key?Requirements
???Bachelor’s?degree?in?legal?or?international?business?management?or?other?related?field,?master?degree?is?preferred
???Experience?in?similar?role?is?a?must?–?previously?have?been?driving?the?process?to?negotiate?terms,?sign?and?execute?global?contract?with?customers?whose?HQ?is?in?China.?Experience?in?similar?industry?is?an?advantage
???Working?experience?abroad?is?preferred
???Proficient?written?and?spoken?Chinese?Mandarin?and?English,?a?third?language?will?be?advantage
???Negotiation?and?project?management?skills
???Honesty?and?integrity?to?uphold?the?Company’s?values
