工作介紹:
1.提供全面的招聘服務(wù),包括招聘廣告的張貼,過濾簡歷,面試和為新員工制作合同提供;
2.與地方組織,招募機構(gòu),教育機構(gòu)等發(fā)展和建立良好的關(guān)系,為BE公司的業(yè)務(wù)拓展建立牢固的關(guān)系;
3.協(xié)助與培訓需求,選擇,發(fā)展和提供適當?shù)某绦虼_定;

要求:

GeneralResponsibilitiesandSkillsforHRManager:
Deliverfullrecruitmentservicesincludingjobpostings,sourcing,interviewing,andemployeeoffersfornewstaff;
Buildstrongrelationshipswithlocalorganizations,recruitmentagencies,educationalinstitutions,learninganddevelopmentsupplierstoenableBEtoachieveitsbusinessobjectives;
Assistwiththeidentificationoftrainingneeds,theselection,developmentanddeliveryofappropriateprograms;
Providecoachingandresourcestoemployeesandmanagerswithrespecttocareerdevelopment,compensation,staffinginitiatives,performancemanagementandemployeerelations;
Assistinthedevelopmentandimplementationofprogramsthatwilldriveincreasedemployeesatisfactionandcommitmentlevels;
AssistincompilingrelativeHRmetrics,analyzing,reportingandidentifyingtrendswithrecommendationsprovided.
Requirements:
Provenabilitytobuildstrongworkingrelationships,internalandexternaltotheorganization;
Aselfstarterwithahighdegreeofinitiative;
Experiencedinallaspectsofrecruitment;
Welldevelopedcoachingandleadershipskills,bothonaformalandinformalbasis.
