Study?product?specification，set?up?“FA?control?plan”?for?each?initial?samples?from?suppliers.?理解產(chǎn)品技術要求，?制定對供應商所提交的樣品進行質(zhì)量檢驗的?“首樣檢驗控制計劃”
Prepare?suitable?equipment?and?tools?for?FA?inspection.?Communicate?with?customer?and?supplier?about?the?method/equipment?used?if?necessary.?Submit?apply?for?the?“Third?party?test”?when?needed.?選擇并準備首樣檢驗所需使用檢驗設備和工具,?必要時與顧客和供應商共同協(xié)商。如需要“第三方”檢測、驗證，?則提出“外委檢驗申請”
Ensure?the?accuracy?of?the?“FA?control?plan”,?and?submit?to?QE?for?approval?確保“質(zhì)量控制計劃”的完整性，上報對口質(zhì)量工程師審批
Maintain?and?support?6-S?principles?and?initiatives?支持及推動6S的推行
Compliance?to?ISO9001-2008,?ISO14001:2004?&?OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008質(zhì)量管理體系,?ISO14001:2004環(huán)境管理體系?&?OHSAS18001:2007職業(yè)健康安全管理體系

任職要求：
College?degree?or?the?above?in?machining?or?related?specialty?機械及相關專業(yè)大專以上學歷?
Good?knowledge?of?fastener?products,?can?read?Chinese?and?English?technical?drawings?and?related?specifications/standards?良好的緊固件產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗,?能理解、掌握中英文機械產(chǎn)品圖紙及相關技術規(guī)范
Be?professional?in?using?measurement?tools?and?equipment?熟練使用檢測測量工具及設備
Good?at?written?and?oral?English英語書面語及口語良好
Proficient?with?MS?office?and?familiar?with?ERP?system?(SAP)?熟練使用Microsoft?office和ERP軟件(SAP)
