1.?Participate?plant?commissioning?and?start?–up.
2.?Lead?a?shift?team?and?implement?the?operation?activities?to?match?EHS?requirements.
3.?Execute?production?plan?and?cost?control?of?production?department.
4.?Responsible?for?process?control?of?production?lines?by?SOPs?to?ensure?the?products?quality,?quantity?and?delivery?schedule?to?meet?customers’?requirements.
5.?Coordinate?Lab?regarding?quality?issue.
6.?Cooperation?with?Planner?and?Warehouse?Supervisor/Keeper?for?materials?purchasing?and?picking?materials?from?warehouse.
7.?Monitor?and?solve?the?operation?problem.
8.?Prepare?shift?report;?make?sure?all?production?records?are?filled?as?required.
9.?Approve?general?work?permit?for?the?areas?and?carry?out?LTCT?procedures.
10.?Ensure?5S?standards?are?maintained.
11.?Prepare?and?update?SOPs.
12.?Coordinate?maintenance?department?for?the?routine?inspection?and?preventive?maintenance?activities?of?plant?facility.
13.?Train?and?develop?Operator.
14.?Participate?the?investigation?of?quality,?safety?incidents?and?customer?complaint,?and?implement?the?action?plan.
15.?Supervise,?generate?and/or?issue?the?Management?of?Change.
Requirments:
1.?Min?5?years?experience?and?min?3?years?in?MNC?chemical?plant?with?chemical?college?degree?or?above.
2.?At?least?3?years?in?shift?leader?position?&?Batch?production?or?Polymerization?is?preferred
3.?Familiar?with?basic?chemical?reactions,?chemical?industrial?theory?and?chemical?unit?operation.
4.?Good?safety?knowledge,?such?as?firefighting,?chemical?handling,?work?permits?and?hazards?in?chemical?plant.
5.?Familiar?with?P&I?Ds,?DCS?and?common?chemical?equipment?knowledge.
6.?Basic?English?knowledge?preferred,?Ability?to?read?English?operation?instructions.
7.?Working?initiatively?with?result?oriented?and?teamwork?spirit?is?the?minimum.
