To?support?in?leading?role?the?Warehouse?&?Supply?Chain?manager?in?all?warehousing?related?activities?such?as:
1. To?manage?the?warehouse?team.
2. To?execute?all?related?works?in?accordance?to?EHS?relevant?regulations?and?to?maintain?a?high?level?of?housekeeping.
3. To?manage?the?raw?material?receiving?and?checking?(physical?quality,?appearance?and?quantity)?as?well?as?packaging?and?other?materials.?Also?in?SAP.
4. Coordinates?to?deliver?materials?to?the?production?based?on?production?schedule
5. Responsible?to?prepare?finished?goods?for?shipments?and?loading?of?containers?and/or?trucks.?Ensure?high?quality?of?packaging,?labeling?and?shipping?documentation
6. Maintains?all?documents?in?accordance?to?document?retention?policy.
7. Ensures?accuracy?of?inventories?by?monthly?inventory?checks.?Report?on?gain/loss?of?all?inventory?such?as?raw?materials,?finished?goods,?intermediates,?and?packaging
8. Join?the?investigation?of?customer?complaints.
9. Monthly?warehouse?status?report?to?the?management.
WORK?EXPERIENCE?AND?EDUCATION:？
College?degree?or?above.?Major?in?logistics,?International?Trade
？ Strong?SAP?knowledge?in?warehousing?related?functions
？ Basic?read?and?write?in?English.?Strong?computer?skills?including?proficiency?with?Microsoft?Office.
？ 2?years?or?more?working?experience?in?similar?function?in?a?chemical?company
？ Strong?communication?and?coordination?skills.?Good?team?work?spirit
？ Self-motivated,?patient,?careful,?hardworking
