根據(jù)操作規(guī)程控制生產(chǎn)工藝，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量滿足客戶要求
Monitor?and?solve?the?operation?problem
監(jiān)控和處理操作問題.
Sampling?of?raw?materials,?intermediate?products?and?products,?cooperate?with?Lab?for?sample?analysis?issue.
負責原料及產(chǎn)品采樣并協(xié)調(diào)分析室做好樣品檢驗工作
Cooperate?with?warehouse?keeper?for?receiving?of?raw?materials,?packing?and?delivering?of?products.
與庫房管理人員協(xié)作完成原料接收和產(chǎn)品灌裝和發(fā)貨工作
Prepare?daily?shift?report;?make?sure?all?production?records?are?filled?as?required.
填寫交接班記錄，確保所有生產(chǎn)記錄滿足要求
Ensure?5S?standards?are?maintained.
做好現(xiàn)場5S工作
Coordinate?maintenance?department?for?the?routine?inspection?and?preventive?maintenance?activities?of?plant?facility.
協(xié)調(diào)維修部門做好維修工作
Participate?the?investigation?of?quality,?safety?incidents?and?customer?complaint,?and?implement?the?action?plan.
參與質(zhì)量、安全事故和客戶投訴調(diào)查，完善改進計劃
Other?miscellaneous?tasks?arranged?by?shift?leader.

崗位要求：
Technical?secondary?School?or?Higher;?Fresh?graduates?or?years?of?work?experience?in?chemical?plants?will?be?prefer.
中專或以上學歷。應屆畢業(yè)生即可。有多年化工廠操作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Familiar?with?basic?chemical?reactions,?chemical?industrial?theory?and?chemical?unit?operation.
熟悉基本的化學反應、化工理論、化工單元操作
Good?safety?knowledge,?such?as?firefighting,?chemical?handling,?work?permits?and?hazards?in?chemical?plant.
良好的安全意識如化工廠消防、化學品處理、工作許可證等
Familiar?with?P&I?Ds,DCSand?common?chemical?equipment?knowledge.
熟悉?P&I?D、DCS和基本化工設備
Ability?to?read?English?operation?instructions.
能讀英文操作
