崗位1：Product Development Engineer（壓敏膠）

Position: Product Development Engineer（壓敏膠）
Location: 上海市田林路222 號
Job Summary:
- The person hired for the position of Senior Product Development Engineer, who will support the projects of Bonding & Sealing platform from 3M China Automotive Lab, which would be covered to liquid adhesive, PSA foam tape, meanwhile, good understanding relevant products
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading new products development, commercialization, critical manufacturing process improvement, and/or introduce new technologies to the automotive market.
- Prototyping and making unique products with strong value proposition using 3M technology,
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or above from an accredited university in Polymer Material Science and Technology or Organic Chemistry.
- 5yrs of organic chemistry or polymer material formulating and process experiences.
- Rich experience in new product development and innovation

崗位2：Product Development Engineer（結(jié)構(gòu)膠）

Position: Product Development Engineer（結(jié)構(gòu)膠）
Location: 上海市田林路222 號
Job Summary:
- The person hired for the position of Product Development Specialist, who will contribute and focus on the Bonding & Sealing platform new product development, which would be relevant to structure adhesive for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development, and support the new product commercialization and localization, introduce new structure adhesive products and technologies to the automotive industry.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or above from an accredited university in Polymer Material Science and Technology or Chemistry.
- Minimum 5yrs of polymer material formulating and process experiences.
- Rich experience in new product development and innovation
